Am 25. Oktober erscheint die neue Kataklysm-Platte "Waiting For The End To Come" und nun gibt es ein Video zu "Elevate", dem letzten Song der Scheibe, zu begutachten. Die Musik klingt gar nicht mal schlecht. Die typischen Kataklysm-Trademarks sind alle zu hören, dazu kommt mit dem sehr melodischen Teil vom Intro, das öfter wieder aufgegriffen wird, etwas Dynamik in das sonst ziemlich erwartbare Inventar der Kanadier. Wenn der Rest der Scheibe so ähnlich klingt, könnte das mal wieder ein einigermaßen gutes Kataklysm-Album werden.

Das Video an sich ist natürlich großer Käse. Angeblich in Serbien gedreht, sieht man eigentlich nur einen Haufen Videoeffekte und hässliches Greenscreen-Gepose, das jeder Asylum-Film besser hingekriegt hätte. Dabei war das Video garantiert nicht billig. Sieht aber so aus.
